Value Self-Portrait
Students created self-portraits from observation after learning about facial proportions and shading and blending. Students did a line design in the background with watercolors.

Contour Hand and Shoe
Students created contour (outline), continuous contour (one line) and blind contour (one line, no looking at drawing) drawings of their shoe and hand. This was based on observation. I apologize for the darkness of some of the photos.
